Please DO NOT bring your hair loss problems here!! My mother was a client here for years and was never very pleased, but felt she had few other options. When I also began losing my hair, I visited this establishment for help. The hair piece that came in was in the VERY wrong color. I was told it was my fault because my own hair had changed color since ordering the piece. I informed the technician that my own hair had NEVER been that dark. She re-colored it for me and charged me $60 more for it. I then returned because I could not style my piece. They fixed that too. Told me it should have been permed, then charged me another $50 to do that little favor for me. Fortunately, I found another location that has been wonderful and was able to fix the mistakes and rectify my current hairpiece. My mother also switched, and her hair has never looked better.Hair loss is hard enough. Please check out ALL your options before forking over money to dishonest companies! Good Luck!
