The office staff is extremely courteous and professional. Dr Rajchel is personable, caring, competent, and professional. This is a truly first class practice. I had previously received strong, positive reviews from my friends and associates concerning this oral surgeon. They were right. Any negative comments concerning the office staff can only be an anomaly. If you need an oral surgeon, schedule Dr Rajchel with confidence.

If you go to this surgeon, beware of the RN. She is extremely rude and appears to be judgemental. I am an intelligent, average looking, decent person, but the RN treated me like I was some sort of ferral vagrant. She treated me like a 5 year old during my surgery and literally flipped out on me for not following one of my pre-operation instructions. The step I missed in the instructions was unimportant and would not have caused any medical risks. She literally yelled at me while I was sitting in the patient chair until I started to cry.If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, do not go to this practice until they fire the RN.
