I have been active in Martial Arts for 40 years. I have studied in Pai Lum Kung Fu at the Harrisburg Kung Fu Center for 26 years. Classes are challenging and are aimed towards physically and mentally improving yourself. The Teachers and Instructors are very knowledgeable, motivated and open with training. You will learn and improve with every class. Many types of classes are offered: Pai Lum Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Modern Arnis and Yoga.

I have done other martial arts in the past, but learning at the Harrisburg Kung Fu Center under Pai, Pono Li has been a truly great experience. The training is difficult, but fun, and everyone from the top down is friendly and encouraging. If you are looking for a life-long art I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great location, two 7th degree Black Belt Teachers of Pai Lum Kung Fu. Tai Chi, Yoga, Arnis are also available. The school has been in business for over 27 years.
