Schwartz also counsels families who need to petition for guardianship of an incapacitated loved one. He helps clients navigate the probate and trust administration process, whether simple or complex. With a background in non-profit law, Schwartz assists individuals through obtaining 501(c)(3) status and established non-profits in operational legal matters that arise. He counsels both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and land use matters.

He provides strategic counsel to business owners on formation, dissolution, ownership, and succession plans. Feinour also assists clients with wealth and asset preservation and estate administration, including multi-generation family-owned businesses.

Employment Law

  Dunlap concentrates his practice in business and employment law for companies ranging in size from startups to major national corporations. He works with companies and non-profits on matters involving employment, termination, non-compete and independent contractor agreements, as well as litigation arising from these issues, including employment discrimination claims. Dunlap handles LLC formations and the drafting of operating agreements. He assists clients with contract reviews, especially software and technology vendor agreements. In addition, Dunlap works with railroads on regulatory, contractual and property issues for Class I railroads and general corporate, operating agreement and employment matters for short-line railroads. He also advises on copyright and trademark matters, including registrations, for business clients.

  Additionally, Feinour has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions and works with municipalities as solicitor on land development issues. He advises residential clients on land use issues such as eminent domain actions and represents railroad clients in real estate and eminent domain matters.

  Staudenmaier concentrates on right-to-know and media law in Pennsylvania and has been at the forefront of issues and landmark cases stemming from the Commonwealth’s open records and meetings laws. He routinely represents the media, businesses, and private individuals in public records and open meetings access matters, as well as issues involving the subpoena of reporters, privacy, and defamation claims. Staudenmaier serves as general counsel to the Pennsylvania Freedom of Information Coalition. He also has a litigation practice representing railroad clients in employee claims, crossing accidents, and property damage.
