My wife and I called CAT and they came out to repair our oven which by my estimation is not a complex fix. They charged an absurd amount. I personally believe someone should get paid fairly for the work they do. However when I looked at the breakdown on my bill this is the atrocity I found: $60 in parts $65 for a bogus service call fee $80 for (5 minutes literally) of labor We called the office and spoke with the manager and the man told us there was nothing he could do about it because it is what it is. I have learned my lesson so please learn from mine...they are a rip off.

This company is overworked and understaffed. we had a washer fixed by them and it took nearly two weeks to fix it. the same washer and aprt broke nearly a year later and, working through our Home Warrenty Company, CAT lied about miscommunications and offered very untimely service for a part that they replaced only a year prior. if you need something fixed in a hurry or with a guarantee that it won't break within a year of fixing, don't use this company.
