The Bair Foundation is a Christian-welfare organization, caring children, teens and families. For more than 40 years, the foundation has been offering therapeutic foster care for children, youth and families with special behavioral, emotional and social needs. It also provides custodial care for children who require placement outside of their biological family. Based in New Wilmington, Pa., the Christian foundation offers independent living services for young people in foster care who are transitioning to independent living.
