From the onset I had a feeling this was going to be a bad experience. I waited all day 2 hours past my appointment(no Phone call) the mechanic Mike showed up. When I answered my door he was on his cell phone. He came in still on his phone he looked at my refrigerator told his friend on the other end to wait He told me he could fix my problem and it would cost 435.00 to fix. I told him to go ahead. He went to his truck got the part put it in. All the while on his phone! Ten minutes later he was done . Finally he got off his phone to be paid. Two days later frig still not working. A different guy came back 1 1/2 hours past the appointment (no phone call) re-installed the part. He said there was a screw that wasn't tightened. Installed by an obviously distracted individual. A fan motor that costs 63.00 online and ten minutes labor($375) 12 hours of waiting for late repairmen . Unprofessional repairmen a company that doesn't call when they are late and labor that amounts to $2250 an hour!

Overpriced and they don't care. They came and replaced a part on my dishwasher that retails for $167 according to the manufacturer. An hour later, they charged me $484 (plus tax). If you want to pay $317 per hour for an appliance repair guy, this is your company!!! The next day I called and told them they overcharged me (the manufacturer said their repair guy would have charged $342) and All Bergen basically said too bad, they charge this amount all the time - they would give me a coupon for $25 off future service (when they were $140 more than the manufacturer's repair guy!!!) . LOL
