Called on a Thursday and had a scheduled visit for the coming Tuesday. I was told someone would be here from 9am-12pm and that she would put a note on my appointment so the technician could fix my problem before others. It was 11:45 and I decided to call the office since I had not received a courtesy call from anyone and was told that the technician was in San Benito and would be headed my way by 12:05, I agreed to wait another hour since I had already waited for 3 hours and was told to give them detailed directions to my home, so I did just that. At 12:55 I get a call from the technician saying he is at another address that was not mine, that's when I realized that the person I had given directions to did not even bother to pass them on to the technician. I called the office and complained and all they could say was they were sorry, they did not even give me an explanation as to what had caused the delay. Please do not use this company!
