Founded in 1977, Retlif Testing Laboratories provides design engineering and testing services and specializes in the study of electromagnetic interference and TEMPEST. RTL provides engineering and consulting services in the design of electronic equipment, systems, and secure rooms and buildings. The company s engineers are trained and experienced in a broad range of disciplines, including computer hardware and software, antenna systems, weapon systems, communication equipment and building construction. The company maintains a design and test facility, which includes eight shielded enclosures and a free-field test site. Its complement of testing equipment complies with major commercial and government standards. In addition, the company s laboratories are equipped with a substantial inventory of suppression devices, such as filters, shielding materials and devices. The Retlif Testing Laboratories also include test fixtures for evaluating all types of EMI suppression devices and materials, gaskets, conductive coatings, cable, shields and filters. RTL has its headquarters in Harleysville, Pa.
