I'm giving this a 1 star simply because at least my split ends were chopped off, but the rest of the haircut/experience was awful. I recently came here for a quick trip since my usual hairdresser was out of town and I had an important event coming up, so I stopped here on my way home from work. My stylist scratched my scalp while shampooing me and used insanely hot water to wash. It smelled of smoke in there, which I could not stand. The stylist I went to, had her cell phone at a nearby station and during my haircut (which lasted a ridiculously short 10 minutes) rang 3 times during it, to which she looked who was calling each time. Rude. When she was "finished" cutting my hair, she didn't even check to make sure both sides were even, because they weren't! She didn't even blow dry my haircut, so I walked out of there with wet hair. I would NOT go back there.
