You get what you pay for, which is to say that the place isn't very nice. There are no activities available. The "play area" is a dirty, 100 sq ft area with broken equipment. The pool is adequate but trashy looking. Our rental was old and many pieces of furniture were broken. The place was still very clean, though. It will be ok if you only plan to sleep there and spend most of the time on the lake. Next time, we would stay somewhere else.
