I was hungry so I decided to go in and try one of their beef and cheddar sandwiches since its been awhile.\ Anyways I go in and hear this slightly overweight but strangley muscular woman swearing and berating her staff in the front of other customers. I walk up to the counter and she says "what do ya want". I said a beef and cheddar please and I thought I heard her swear the N word before walking away before I even payed for the order. I waited and waited before a teary eyed staff member came up and said What can I get you" in a shaky voice. I said I am waiting to pay for my order and she said that nothing was wrung in and whispered it would be best if I left seeing as her boss had a bad day and didnt want anything bad to happen to me or her staff. So I left but not before seeing that Shipley energy owned this and the Toms. Called their number and left a message. No response. In short it was the most ridiculous thing I had ever witnessed and will never ever visit that location again.
