I went to this salon hoping for a talented colorist to do my hair. I explained my desire to the receptionist and asked for the most experienced colorist. I brought in pictures of the color I wanted my hair to stay/be as well as the color numbers the stylist needed to follow. The stylist decided to do a hair cut while my color was processing. My hair turned dark with reddish undertones at the bottom and yellowish undertones at the top. She decided to cover up my 400.00 highlights I had from the summer from a salon in another state. WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE FOR TRUSTING THIS SALON. THE MANAGER AND STYLIST WERE BOTH AT FAULT BECAUSE I EXPLAINED MY NEEDS. THEY JUST WANTED MONEY WHICH IS STUPID BECAUSE IF THEY DID AS I ASKED I WOULD HAVE BEEN A CONSTANT REPEAT CUSTOMER

I am never sure of the tips. So on a $70 check I gave a $7 which is 10% but the girl was not happy and behaved rudely after that. I just went for a waxing and not sure I want to go back there again.Since it is close to school, I went, but I am not sure now.

Had a great experience with my Highlites and cut and highly recommend the Place

I had my hair cut twice at this salon and both times they did a terrible job. The hairstylists cannot even cut hair evenly, and they use thinning shears to create layers in hair which only made my hair frizz and poof out. I do not recommend this salon at all.
