If I could put less than one star I would. Absolute rudeness does not even begin to describe these people. If you ever have luggage delayed or lost at BWI - go pick it up yourself and make the airline pay your gas. It would be WAY easier and less of a headache than going through this company.

THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE LUGGAGE SERVICE DELIVERY EVER. The incredibly rude service staff hung up on me after adding an addition 2-3 hours on my wait time for insisting that he tell me why I wasn't called when the first to delivery timeframes weren't met. During the call he quoted me a 2 more hour wait, when I told him that was unsatisfactory because I was already waiting for more than 24 hours and needed my children's CAR SEATS, he said, "well, now you are going to wait 3-4 more hours". Since when are places allowed to hold customer bags hostage because they don't like hearing that their services are inept.
