We took our vehicle in for repair on transmission. They would not allow dealership to work on it till one of their adjusters came out to make sure repair needed to be done. It took them three days to get out to the dealership so we had to rent a car. They would only cover on the rental car of how long it took the dealership to fix it, not us waiting on them. So a $200.00 rental fee they only paid $40.00
