They office is very quiet and nice, but is not really kid friendly. But the service is fast, so unless your procedure takes a while, you are not waiting long. The staff is friendly and helpful. You really don't see Dr. Stoll for all that long, but the time you do he seems to have a good bedside manner. But I do have a problem with this office. My husband was having all his teeth pulled and dentures put in. When we originally called the office they quoted us a price of around $250 after insurance. The day we got there, they told us that they had made a mistake, that it was actually $950 that we needed to pay after insurance. We only had the $250, so they told us that since it was their mistake they would let us make payments, even though they usually require payment upfront. At the time I was happy about that, and my husband had his teeth pulled. But after going back to work, my husband was telling co-workers about the money mix up, and he was informed my 3 other ppl at his work, that they had done the same thing to them. (quoted them one price, but then once they got there said it was another). Now either the person who dose the price quoting is really really bad at math, or something else is going on here........ but that is just my opinion.
