Hanford High School, located in Hanford, Calif., is a four-year comprehensive high school that serves more than 1,750 students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, fine arts and physical education. The school s career center assists students with career, college and vocational training information, as well as financial aid. It offers a three-year college preparatory program through the Hanford High Partnership Academy, which provides students with work experience through internships and mentoring programs. Hanford High School involves students in various sports activities, including swimming and diving, wrestling, soccer, volleyball and basketball. It is administered by the Hanford Joint Union High School District.
