  In 2019, Ian graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Ian is also an honors recipient of the school’s High Tech Law Certificate with a specialization in corporate law, which he received for his dedication to taking coursework covering business and intellectual property law. While at law school, Ian had extensive work and internship experience, working both in-house for a tech startup company and in local government with the transactional division of the San Jose City Attorney’s Office. Ian also interned at his law school’s Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic, providing free assistance to local Silicon Valley startup companies in handling their legal needs.

  Michael J. Noland is a partner in KSC. In addition to representing and assisting individuals, families and businesses, Michael is the City Attorney for the City of Kingsburg, California. He also represents other governmental agencies including, Fresno County LAFCo, as special legal counsel. Michael has extensive experience in estate planning, including multi-generational estate planning for families, corporations and businesses, the purchase, sale, and development of real property for residential and commercial uses, negotiation of retail and commercial leases and agricultural related matters.

  Robert B. Zumwalt joined KSC in 2006 and practices in the areas of general litigation, contracts and business law, real property law, and wills and estate planning.   Ann received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin, School of Law and has over 20 years of litigation experience. Prior to joining KSC, Ann was a partner in a commercial law firm in Nebraska where she developed her expertise on real estate title litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Since joining KSC, Ann has focused her practice on agriculture, environmental litigation and regulatory concerns including Proposition 65, Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), the Clean Air Act and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) claims. She has expertise representing clients in matters before the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Department of Pesticide Regulation, the Air Resources Board, the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Employment Development Department.

  Later, Ron worked in the family income tax preparation business and obtained his Enrolled Agent’s Certificate from the Internal Revenue Service, followed by living in Italy for a year and a half, completing Italian language studies in Perugia, Italy, after which he commenced law school in Boston.
