- Corporate LawIn 2019, Ian graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Ian is also an honors recipient of the school’s High Tech Law Certificate with a specialization in corporate law, which he received for his dedication to taking coursework covering business and intellectual property law. While at law school, Ian had extensive work and internship experience, working both in-house for a tech startup company and in local government with the transactional division of the San Jose City Attorney’s Office. Ian also interned at his law school’s Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic, providing free assistance to local Silicon Valley startup companies in handling their legal needs.

Prior to joining KSC, Ann was a partner in a commercial law firm in Nebraska where she developed her expertise on real estate title litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Since joining KSC, Ann has focused her practice on agriculture, environmental litigation and regulatory concerns including Proposition 65, Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), the Clean Air Act and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) claims. She has expertise representing clients in matters before the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Department of Pesticide Regulation, the Air Resources Board, the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Employment Development Department.
