Operational for more than 50 years, Metropolitan Baking Company produces a variety of breads, such as sandwich breads, rolls and buns. It supplies products for various restaurants in southeastern Michigan. The company offers a range of breads, including white, wheat, French and Italian. In addition, Metropolitan Baking Company provides sweet goods, pita breads, tortillas and breadsticks.
