Founded in 1980, Surf Rider Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant that specializes in seafood. It offers soups, salads and starters, including onion rings, french fries, steaks, calamari, cocktails, crab cakes, pasta dishes, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, oysters, sandwiches, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The restaurant also provides grilled cheese, chicken breast, sliced turkey, burgers, crab legs, bacon, hush puppies and chicken marinara. Surf Rider Restaurant maintains one of its locations in Hampton, Va. The restaurant additionally maintains a fitness facility that offers a variety of classes to improve cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and muscle strength.
