There is a guest on here that wrote that they only lost 10lbs in the time that they were on Dr. Sutingco's diet plan especially to include that they were on his shake diet. that cannot be true this doctors plan including the shake is amazing, I am military and I will say the first week I lost 15 lbs., second 9 and so on I am a male and he placed me on a 800 calorie diet to include meal replacements and meds to control my diet. every week I came in I lost a minimum of 5 lbs. and that was his guarantee as long as I stick with the diet. so for the diet plan to not work I don't blame the doctor for not helping you or turning you away because you are not doing something right on your own time. ill tell you he is a bit pricy but when people saw how I was losing they went to him and he gave me my shots free, also Tricare covers some of his medications also. this helped me get ready for my PRT and at that time I couldn't afford another fail or I would have been kicked out.

This doctor helped me and a few of my friends tremendously! The knowledge he gave us is amazing! Not only did he help us to lose the weight, he trained us on how to keep it off! We have all been successful. If you have ever been a customer here, and didn't lose the weight,...you should have paid attention to what he was telling you and followed his advice. Pills alone DOES NOT make you lose weight. They help to train you to eat healthier. But you still have to take it upon yourself to exercise in addition to eat right. In the end, It's all up to the individual, can't blame the doc. He lead you to the water....it's up to you to drink. Good Luck!

If you follow the directions, you will lose weight and keep it off. I exercise a lot, but food is my addiction so it didn't allow me to get results I should. I went here because 4 of my friends went this way and lost over 30 lbs. The pills are what helped me adjust my eating habits and make better choices. Food to me is like cigarettes to a smoker, so I needed that help. Good luck!

Please BEWARE! This doctor only pushes pills and shots at very expensive rates. If the pills/shots don't work for you, he dismisses you and says he can't help you. I paid $175 upfront, $70/mo. for him to write a phentermine prescription and the cost of getting the prescription filled which was $30/mo. I did this for over six months, followed the diet religously, bought the shakes he suggested, and lost about 10 lbs. When I questioned why this wasn't working for me, he told me he didn't know and that there was no use in me coming back because he couldn't help me. Needless to say, as soon as I stopped taking the pills, I put all 10 lbs.plus back on. What kind of a doctor does that?? One only interested in taking your money. Please BEWARE!
