      Crew removed old roof down to the plywood. Repaired rotted plywood. Re-seated skylight and attic fan. Installed new roof felt, architectural shingles, chimney flashing, vent collars and ridge vents. Repainted all vent pipes. Briefed homeowner concerning rotted wood that was to be replaced. The crew was excellent and finished the job in one day (2100sq.ft., two-story house). This company did a great job! David (president) gave me a thorough estimate for the work and briefed me on what the crew would be doing, both at the time of the estimate and on the morning of the work. They arrived right on time and started work immediately. They spent a lot of time cleaning up as the work was ongoing and at the end as they secured their gear. Very neat, careful work. This is the best work I have had done in a long time. We have had several strong rain storms since completion of the work, checked attic thoroughly, and there are no drips anywhere. Very helpful and pleasant office staff.
