Established in 1984, Thunderline Z is a division of Fusite that is focused on supplying electronic components to a multitude of industries. The company is a full-service manufacturer of hermetic glass-to-metal feedthrus and soldered, direct-sealed and fully machined hi-rel packages. It is one of the leading suppliers of feedthrus to the microwave community. In addition, Thunderline Z and its sister division, the Fusite Engineered Products Group, also provide glass-to-metal sealing solutions for the instrumentation, sensors, medical, lithium battery seal and connector markets. The company has five manufacturing sites throughout the world. In-house manufacturing capabilities include custom glass formulations, compression and matched sealing, gold and nickel plating, brazing, oven soldering, resistance welding and assembly. Thunderline Z maintains its headquarters in Hampstead, N.H., with sales offices throughout the United States, as well as Montreal; Munchenger, Germany; and Kfar Saba, Israel.
