The first time I went to this location was 10:30 in the morning, and they were already out of plain bagels. The second time was at 11:30 in the morning. I ordered a medium iced coffee but was given a small because they had ran out of medium cups. I also ordered 2 bagels which were both burnt. Very disappointed with this Dunkin.

The big girl who works the window in the mornings is EXTREMELY RUDE and has such an ATTITUDE!! She always shoves the coffee and food at you and snatches your money or card out of your hand and basically throws your change back at you. It's rediculoius! Seriously that the kind of attitude you have don't work with the public! I refuse to go back!

Food is always good... But whoever talks at the drive through is extremely rude. There's been numerous times that I've been trying to complete an order & she gets snappy & cuts me off... Or sounds frustrated and tells me to "just pull up for the window..."

Seny my husband to get kcups for the a.m. around 815 and The Dunkin in Hampshire was alresdy closed. We went online and it said hrs were until 9.So he drove an extra 20 min to the Huntley location. Why are you closed so early?
