Since 1997, Marathon Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc has brought experience and expertise in civil engineering, environmental permitting, and environmental investigations to create cutting-edge solutions for land development and redevelopment in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The staff of Marathon has created a niche in the development community because of our experience and expertise in the federal, state, and local regulatory process that is essential to every project. For example, our Land Development Group has developed a specialized niche in Gloucester County through design and engineering of major industrial parks such as the Pureland Industrial Complex in Logan, as well as residential subdivisions such as Springfield in Logan. Our Environmental Group has developed a specialized niche in the environmental risk assessment and management field through tank management at the Garden State Racetrack in Cherry Hill and brownfields consulting in Atlantic City. Our Environmental Group also has a highly developed expertise in wetlands consulting and land use permitting in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as seen at major projects such as Eagleview in Exton and in Logan at the LogistiCenter and Pureland Industrial Complex.
