They say walk ins are welcome but you should be prepared to wait a couple of hours even if they tell you it will be only 20minutes! They are not considerate of your time! I have had my hair cut here many times and I always had to wait. They should have someone that does only walk ins.

Love this place! Everyone is a friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, AND it's cheap! Ask for Jen T.- she is, without a doubt, the best! I'm mixed and it's really hard to find someone who knows what they're doing with my type of hair, but I've been going to her for hair cuts and highlights for over a year now, and she never disappoints! (I've brought friends to her who have all different types of hair as well, so I know she's good with all types of hair). She knows her products too (but if you buy something and try it but don't like it, they'll let you return it). Bottom line is that I wouldn't go anywhere else.
