General Info
About Me I love Canon... My favorite camera body is my 5D Mark III, but I also have a Canon 5D Mark II and a Canon 7D - it's so important to have multiple cameras, ready to go with different lenses at weddings! My lenses are all Canon too! EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM EF 85mmf/1.2 II USM EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM EF 50mm f/1.4 USM If you don't know what all that means, it just means I have AWESOME glass on my cameras, which allows me incredible clarity and creativity! Additionally, I have (3) 580 EXII Speedlites, light stands, a beautiful, full studio with Paul Buff strobes, and lots more... Lighting!! Post production happens on Apple products - a Big Mac, a Macbook Pro, an iPad, and I organize and edit using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I graduated in January, 2013 from the New York Institute of Photography, and have attended the Photoshop World Conference twice. I have been a member of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) since 2011, and am a member of KelbyOne. After working for 25 years as a programmer/analyst, the transition to the world of digital photography was perfect. With my technical experience, artistic eye and organized workflow, I can relax into the moment, capturing images from a photojournalistic perspective that reflect the true emotion of the occasion. Being a certified yoga teacher is sometimes an added bonus for brides (and grooms!) as I can happily help you get thru the jitters of your wedding day!
