Brought our mower in for warranty work, specifically told him not to do anything other than warranty work. They called to tell me my mower was ready and I owed them over a hundred dollars for changing the sparkplug, changing the oil and cleaning the carberator, etc. in addition to the warranty work. I asked to speak to the owner but he had to call me back. When I questioned him about the extra work and charges he got very angry and started cussing at me. On top of it all the mower runs worse now than before.

Takes to long for parts to come in. Been waiting a week now to get my mower fixed.

Brought a pressure washer to be repaired after calling and being assured they worked on pressure washers. They haven't even looked at it after three weeks and when I went by there to pick it up, I mentioned that was an unreasonable time to wait at which point the owner became very rude and told me next time to fix it myself. He doesn't know it but I had planned to switch all my small engine parts and repair business over to him but I guess he doesn't have time for new customers.
