My boyfriend got his hair cut there and near the end she used clippers to trim up his hair line. Well right as she finished up, she shave off half of his eyebrow. He didn't notice until we walked right outside the door and we turned back around and asked for a refund. She denied even using clippers! So we came back the next day and talked to the manager who said she checked the cameras but didn't see anything. Which if she actually did, she would have noticed his half an eyebrow as we paid. The stylist knew what she did, even if it was an accident, you should have owned up to it! Instead she and the manager said that we were lying! Also the stylist refused to give me her name and looked at me stupid when I asked for it. We will never go back to any supercuts and I highly recommend that no one does either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY NOT WELL TRAINED STYLISTS! Now my boyfriend had to go to his grandfather's funeral with half an eyebrow.
