I'll only give it one star, because that is the lowest I can go. All I will say is it seemed as thought they really didn't want to sell me or my wife a pair of shoes for some reason. I asked for a pair of white shoes that fit. I didn't think that was an inappropriate request, but apparently it was. The person to whom I spoke, I am assuming it was the owner, looked at my shoes, a pair of white New Balance sneakers, and stated they did "not do leather" I said that was fine, I could live with mesh, but then he started to explain his philosophy on shoes. I told him I needed white shoes for my job, but that seemed irrelevant to him. He then proceeded to show my wife a catalog which they could order shoes from, including white leather. She happened to need inserts for her shoes, because she is "flat-footed" He said something to the effect that inserts "just made up for a bad shoe" He had a display of inserts in the window. Running out of room, so I'll just say-DONT GO THERE!

We went in this afternoon looking for a specific shoe but when I was told they didn't carry it the salesman starting to ask questions on why I wanted that shoe. After discussing my ankle condition with him he asked if I wanted to try some others that he thought would work. He watched how I walked and the placement of my feet and he pulled about 5 pairs of shoes that he thought would work. I ended up with the first he suggested. After walking on them the whole day I am going to have to exchange for a smaller size, but the service I got was unbelievable! I have never had a salesman take that much time and effort to explain the shoe and help me to find which one worked best. If you are looking for a store that actually cares about the customer and isn't someone just trying to make a sale, go to Perfectly Fit. You will walk out feeling like you should have made an appointment for the consultation but that part was free!!
