Locally owned and operated, Jones Physical Therapy has been serving the people of West St Tammany and Tangipahoa parishes through our Madisonville and Hammond clinics since 2005. Jones has locations in Hammond and Madisonville. Specializing in outpatient physical therapy services, Jones Physical Therapy’s goal is to provide the highest quality, professional rehabilitation services to all of our patients in a friendly environment. - Jones Physical Therapy is an accredited member of the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN). To be admitted to PTPN, clinics have to meet a list of rigorous benchmarks of quality and service. PTPN works directly with local and national insurance carriers to ensure their members the highest quality of service and expertise, including quality assurance audits and inspections. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana is currently working exclusively with Louisiana PTPN clinics to develop a nationwide program of quality assurance for PT clinics.

We serve the people of West St Tammany and Tangipahoa parishes through our Madisonville, LA and Hammond, LA Northshore physical therapy clinics. Our therapists are educated in the latest Physical Therapy techniques and trends and work hard to exceed your expectations. A typical day at Jones Physical Therapy will have us working with several people who have had surgery or are recovering from an injury. We regularly see patients who have had reconstructive surgery on the shoulder, knee surgery, joint replacements and spinal surgery. We also treat sports injuries, back pain and neck pain and work related injuries. Our evening clinics in Madisonville allow people to attend therapy without disrupting their work, sports or school schedules. Most evenings we find ourselves treating back pain and foot and ankle problems such as achilles tendonitis and ankle sprains. Some evening attendees have more serious injuries such as an ACL reconstruction or meniscus tears but are still attending school or working so prefer an evening appointment.
