Instructors are rude and the facility is clickish.

Consider joining and worked out there for a week. Locker room is small. Not enough free weights for the serious lifter. Having the grill inside in the middle of the weight room is a mistake. I could smell the food being prepared while I was trying to workout. Very distracting.

I had a wonderful massage at North Cypress Fitness. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will go back again.
