I called because the was a note on the door downstairs saying they couldn’t reach but I was here. So the are now gonna re deliver my package.

What customer service? We went in on Friday night and had to wait until the clerk got off her phone before we could ask for our package. She was rude and condescending to us. Sorry we interrupted your texting.

Tuesday May package of medicine was to supposed to arrive. It did not but I had a message from Colleen in package room and said driver couldn't find house. Always has come ups previously but ok maybe a new driver. She left me a number to call her. She said ask for package room. Do I did. Twice I called and twice the girl lost me or hung up, and frankly sounded like a conversation with a couple worker was more important than my call. My husband called the next day. Day before Thanksgiving. The told him if he had a copy of my driver's license and his license had same address he could pick up. Cool! He works in Hammond! But when he got there they said no. He told them it was my Ms medication and they have delivered it before. The woman was NOT helpful or concerned. We were leaving out of town and would return Friday. He asked they redeliver and she said ok. She wrote nothing down and he felt blew him off. Judt got home and It is Friday night....no package ..no answer at UPS. This is my medication!

Our Hammond, IN UPS people in the brown uniforms are on top of things when it comes to protecting your parcels. If unsure of your address they do not deliver unless they hear from you first. Made one phone call and the package address was placed on an order to find my package and correct it for the next days delivery. Thank You Hammond, IN UPS in the good ole USA.
