I am very happy choosing Region Pools. In late October I needed to replace liner so I found Region Pools on the web. They gave me a competetive prices and good service. The guys were great that came out and did a great job. Then a couple days went by and noticed my pool started losing water so I called them and they came out the next day. When they came out they did a leak detection, and determined it was a seam seperation (wich is a manufacture defect). So since I bought the liner from Region Pools they warranted it on the spot. Sent the crew back out the following day and replaced it again. These guys did an excellent job and I would recomend them to anyone.

They do terrible work & could care less! We have used them 3x now (ever since Pool Pro stopped doing above-ground pools) & 2 of those times, the fitting came off & water was pouring out of our pool! The 1st time, our next door neighbor told us because the water was going into his garage & garden! This year, luckily, I was home & saw it for myself. I 1st noticed the water wasn't moving around & then I realized it was a foot low! It was pouring out the backside & caused the motor to kick off. We called and said we wanted some of our (over) $300 back that we paid. I told Fred that I didn't think I should have to pay for that kind of work, do you? He said . .. uh . . yeah! I said Yeah?!!!!! He said well you never know with the fittings. I say BULL! We never once had a problem with Pool Pro. We had a problem every year that we have used Region Pools & their attitude is shameful! No wonder we were told at The Great Escape not to use them! They severed all ties with them, too.
