Welcome to the Crouch Clinic! Our weight control program is a medically supervised program based on principles developed over the past 40 years. Our program is a multifaceted approach that is designed to help you make the permanent lifestyle changes needed to achieve long term weight loss and improve your health. Success at controlling overweight and obesity requires both education and motivation. You have to know what lifestyle changes are necessary for good health, and you have to be motivated to make those changes. Our goal is to educate you about nutrition so that you will be able to make informed, educated choices about the foods you eat and educate you about lifestyle changes that promote weight loss and good health. We also want to motivate you to make changes that you can live with for the rest of your life. Temporary lifestyle changes result in temporary weight loss.
