Over all staff is friendly with the exception of their only male nail technician. He is very rough with your hands and very rude. He will complain about doing a design on your nails even though you are paying extra for it. It looks as if he hates his job and takes it out on his customers. I visited this shop 3 times and this was my last because of him. You don't want to be in that type of atmosphere, getting your nails done should be relaxing!
