Books and Company is a place I am going to remember until I'm old and gray as a place I could always come to for warmth, friendliness, and most of all, a wonderful smorgasbord of great books. I've been coming to this quaint little bookshop since I was six, and I have always loved the magical appeal to it. But the one thing I love most about Books and Company is the fact that it's not a chain store. My mother has discouraged chains to me for a long time, and I guess her words are starting to sink in.
