Horrible company. Ordered a replacement bulb from them. According to the website, it was to arrive 6 days before the Superbowl (I paid extra to rush the shipping). Never arrived. Called and was told it was backordered. No apologies, no offer to rush it, nothing. Go with a different company.

I received my ground-shipped DVD player less than two days from my order time. The player was in perfect condition. I would be glad to shop with them again.

Nowadays its in your best interest to do research on not only the products your interested in but its even more important to check out the seller. I recently purchased a pair of JBL speakers from Advanced Lamps after doing extensive price comparisons among ...many sellers. I was a little hesitant at first only because I never heard of this company before. I must say that I am impressed (so far) with this company. The only "problem" after placing the order was that there was a slight issue with the credit card - the address that I was shipping to was different than my billing address. So it actually made me "happy" that Advanced Lamps held up this order until I could explain the difference. Email correspondence was on point...Order confirmation...followed by Order has been processed...and finally Ship Notification (with tracking #).
