I called looking for insurance for my business. When I introduced myself and my business, the receptionist hung up on me! I can only assume she thought I was a telemarketer or something. but, any business that makes assumptions without finding out the facts SHOULD BE AVOIDED. The receptionist may be indicative as to how they treat all their clients.
