It took 2 weeks to get and appointment and I took the day off from work. The day of the scheduled appointment I was in my yard working and missed the call from Scherer to verify if someone was home. When I came in there was a call on my machine. I had missed the call by 45 minutes. I called immediately and they told me that if no one is home that can't dispatch a tech. So they sent him on another job. No problem, my fault. They told me they would send him out after he finished his other job. I waited the entire afternoon and did not receive a call. I called the office and they said I was still on the board and that their techs worked until all jobs are done. They never showed up nor called to reschedule. I will never call this company again nor recommend them to anyone.
