General Info
I'm an ACE Personal Trainer, Russian Kettlebell Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist, & CK-FMS certified ( Certified Kettlebell Fuctional Movement Specialist) I have been bodybuilding and strength training for over 6 years. I actively train and compete in MMA which I feel diversifies my training techniques from other trainers, making it not only more intense & fast paced, but fun, differen...t, and exhilarating as well. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or pack on some muscle; I can help you reach your goal! Kettlebell exercises your entire body not only in a cardiovascular way but it will also sculpt and tone your entire body! This can be catered to anyone from the beginner level to the advanced level with ease. Before training begins we will perform a functional movement screen in order to analyze if there are any assymtries or abnormalities in your joints or frame so that we can take corrective actions within the workout regimine on in order to continue to work out safely, as well as to correct any problems or abnormalities, and in doing so may you just might lose that achey knee. - This screen and corrective actions are great not only for those interested in sports and athletics, but for the aging adult who's balance and strength isn't just what it used to be. Although I have a personal love for kettlebells, it is not all that I do and it does not comprise all of my training tools. So if you do not know what kettlebells are or they just aren't your thing; don't fret... I'm not a one show act! In all my years of training if there is one thing that I have learned is that it is just as important to know how not to move as it is to know the correct movement!
