Moved to area and living in this dump right now: 2-17-2015 Here is a breakdown on this jerry-rigged slum 1.) Holes in walls 2.) Rusted appliances 3.) doors falling off hinges 4.) paint all over everything 5.) white caulk all over everything 6.) unfinished and unpainted spots on walls 7.) Fridge ice cabinet broken 8.) Blinds broken and held on with tape 9.) carpet fraying 10.) shower has holes in it 11.) cabinets coming apart - wood falling off / rotting cabinets 12.) patio stain on walls 13.) unfriendly management staff (property manager and assistant useless cows) 14.) incompetent maintenance staff 15.) this is a slum property stay away 16.) noisy 17.) air conditioner not working properly - froze up twice 18.) non-maintained grounds - mildew on walls, stain on walls, paint old, spray paint on parking lot, white paint on trees 19.) trash not in dumpsters on ground 20.) bugs everywhere 21.) cracked tiles - mismatched color grout STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

The conditions are unlivable. Building repairs -- including jackhammering of old ceramic tile and roof repairs -- are done without any notice to tenants, and ften start at 8AM. So does the frequent "landscaping," which amounts to nothing more than someone with a loud leafblower redirecting mulch onto parked cars. Every lease states that tenents are not allowed to leave their dogs out on screened terraces to bark all day and night, but management does nothing about offendors. Seawall has been in disrepair since a minor storm and has prohibited anyone from enjoying the perks they pay (too much) for. The location is great, and at first blush, it seems lovely, but please heed my advice and don't sign a lease.

I just called Ocean Reef to inquire about living there. They told me that I had to have a credit score above 600. They must think they're the best condo building on earth. Ew! Also, Donna and Carol both were rude when I talked to them on the phone!
