Todd is building a house behind mine and built a Berm to retain the flow of water from coming into our property. As the water accumulated on his property the Town said he needed to drain it ASAP. He then dredged a tunnel in the Berm so that the water would flow into our property and into a drain on our property. He used hoses to transport some of the water. My lawn is now saturated with water. Completely unnecessary and this was NOT approved by the Town. He did this on his own and w out discussing w us first. Todd does not think he did anything wrong. I disagree. The water on his property is still not flowing properly and our lawn and basement is now filled with 3 inches of water that we need to deal with. Todd said that is our problem. Have not had any issues in 9 years w any flooding.
