I tried cancelling from them now for over three months. My new insurance says they sent them via fax and regular mail to cancel and Borhek keeps saying they have not received it. They are playing games with me now. I had no problem with changing through my wife's old insurance company. They are being ridiculous and unprofessional.

Have recently switched all my personnel and business insurance to borhek insurance. Besides all the money I have saved their service is excellent. I dealt with Todd Morse as my agent. I would recommend him to anyone.
