These folks are completely out of line. I do credit and collections for a living, and I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. They called trying to collect a medical insurance denial as they claim I had no referral slip for a blood test. Like a hospital would run blood tests without a slip from the doctor. That's too funny! Anyway, I wrote both the insurance company, the hospital that ran the tests, as well as this bumbling collection agency what the problem was and I never heard back from them until today...1 FULL year later, and the woman acted like I had just talked to them yesterday. In NY, you have the right to tell a collection agency not to call anymore, and they have to stop. I told them to stop. They left the name "Knucklehead" off the firm's title. Jeepers.

One of their associates called several people who just happened to have the same last name as I and left my information on their answering machines. The woman who answered when I called to find out what was going on sounded like she was alseep. When I complained to a supervisor about the behavoir he told me what I was telling him was so bizzare I must be making it up. I cannot believe this is an actual law firm. I honestly thought it must be a scam outfit, because what legitimate business would act this way?
