Very unhelpful and curt on the phone. Bypassed our trash container on Christmas Eve which was full to the brim. Picked up the recyclable's but left the trash. Now I have double the trash due to the holiday and they will not send a truck to correct their error. Jonathan kept saying it was unfortunate so I mentioned they should credit my account. So the lovely container is sitting near my mailbox overflowing and with a company unwilling to provide the service they have been prepaid to provide! Great job County Waste,,,,,,

it was ok until this year 2014. They've gone down hill. Bills raised without any notification to the customer. The promise to pick up the bins at the time of service termination has NOT been fullfilled after 2 weeks (2 service cycle). Repeated calls to service center ends up with promises that aren't kept, ever. Glad to have terminated their service.

called thursday to schedule mattress pickup. they said to put it out friday night for saturday pickup. So saturday evening i have a soaking wet mattress sitting in front of my house. with no signs of anyone showing up, and no way to reach them.

Top five Albany area company......... I have never been disappointed with the service CW offers, they not only deliver on what they say they are going to do, their guys on the trucks are actually friendly and helpful, which is a susprise in today's customer service world. Please continue the good work.

These guys are great! You can practically set your watch by their consistent service, so you always know when to have your containers out.Also, I've never known or heard of them hitting cars, knocking over mailboxes, etc., unlike some of the experiences I and others have had in the past with other disposal businesses!

THE WORST!!!! Horrible customer service. I was invoiced w/ payment due date of the first. Sent in payment in full and they turned off service, without any notice or cause. Would not send out truck to pick up trash until the following week. I would LOVE to change services, however since they are buying up all of the waste removal companies around, my options are severely limited. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

Dependable, courteous service. I've contracted with them for 10 years. The few times there is a problem you just call dispatch and they resolve the problem promptly by sending the truck back, or if you call late in the day and leave a message they send someone the next day.
