Haleyville High School provides classes to more than 700 students in grades seven through 12. It provides honors courses in English, algebra, geometry, global studies, physical science, biology, chemistry and art. The school also offers dual credit and advanced placement courses in various subjects. It operates various athletic programs, such as cross country, softball, wrestling, tennis, baseball, golf, volleyball and cheerleading. Its fine arts division offers band, chorus, strings, visual arts, drama and honors chorale programs. The school organizes various events and activities, including field trips, prom parties, homecoming parades, pep rallies, senior blood drives, games and dramatic productions. The high school is located in Haleyville, Ala., and is a part of the Haleyville City Schools.
