Person that answered phone was very polite, helpful and information. All my questions were answered so I could understand them. It ws early afternoon and mom was being discharged from the hospital. It was pretty urgent to get equipment to the house that day. These people did it - took care of all the insurance issues then delivered & set-up equipment as well as provided instructions on safe use of items. Would recommend to all!!!
