This restaurant is unbelievably noisy. We couldn't hear the other four people at our table. Food was ok but the experience overpowered it. The waiter refused to do anything about the noise level that was coming from one of the tables. In fact, we asked to speak to the manager and the waiter said it wouldn't make any difference because he wouldn't do anything about it either. One of our worst experiences ever!

Talk about AMAZING food. Nor the head chef started at Brothers II in Hawthorne years ago and has now taken over Frank's Ristorante. The food is simply out of this world and the restaurant is a cozy comfortable place. BYOB. Also a private room for small parties!
