I would not take anything there, Purchased the remote start from them and the install. Never worked correctly from the first week. Took the vehicle back several times until the owner suggested running a jumper wire, because the vehicle was trying to restart the engine after the engine was running. I had the ford dealer ship replace the piece of junk that thumpin stereo put in. Fords tech conclusion, wrong application for the Lincoln town car. wired thru the coil instead of the tach drive and outdated remotes. Be careful if they tell you they offer a warranty, see it first, don't take the owners word. I would rate -0

Went to him with 3 other vehicles, no issues, this last one, installs a head unit mainly for ipod or iphone, which i don t have. 4 trips there endend up costing me $2100 stereo. 2 amps. speakers. and a $33 Q power sub that has a rip in the seal after only 2mos. $900 in labor charges. quotes from other vendors $400+ less. Go to SSG Car audio in waynesboro, a little bit of a drive but the labor rate is a fraction of thumpin, plus the component prices are dead on....and he will itemize which brian won t....shame people have to do business like this. They could ve had more jobs recommended but now....He sets them up so you have to go back and add more and he gets you on the labor agan....Great business..$40 sub in my $2100 system....thank you for being such an honest business man. I am amazed no one has caught on to your little stunt

I took my brand new car into Thumpin' for an in-dash DVD installation and was so pleased with the service I received. The guys there are extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me and my car. The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality of work they do. When my car was returned to me, it was as if no one had ever touched it. I would never think about taking my vehicles anywhere else again. They are the best in all of the surrounding area!!!
